The CSD (Customer Service Department) Editor Customer Service is located in São Paulo and aims at attending all editor customers.

"Our mission consists of attend editor customers, clarifying, orienting and suggesting studies for a better utilization of the editions exposing and informing the new procedures. Promote the interface of the editor with the other departments, searching for the possible solutions for their needs and questionings”
